As a 55+ Senior Living Community Evolves, So Does Its Website
THE SITUATION
The leadsership teams at Rogerson Communities and Eventide enlisted the help of the Creating Results team as they sought a partner to develop an integrated marketing plan to generate interest and attract leads for their new community, Fairing Way.
STRATEGY
As development of the community began, it would be some time before a physical space would be available where residents could get their first look at the community. As such, we designed the website to be a virtual sales center — a content-rich hub offering information based on prospect inquiries and optimized for high search engine page rankings.
An onsite Welcome Center included a 3D model of the future community for visitors to explore.
The website expanded over time to feature a photograph of the clubhouse and residential buildings and also introduced prospects to the community lifestyle director.
SOLUTIONS
In the years since the partnership began, the website has become one of Fairing Way’s greatest marketing assets. As technology has advanced and best practices have adapted, we’ve optimized the website to create the best experience for users while showcasing the community features and lifestyle.
